By placing an order, you agree that Boaters Marine Supply’s maximum liability for the products sold on this website is limited to its purchase price only. By using this site, and ordering from it, prior to purchase, you are required to make selection of the checkbox "Agree To Terms" in our shoping cart / checkout, that you have read, understand, and agree to our terms and policies. Selection of this checkbox is proof of your agreement to our terms. No orders can be purchased or allowed to advance in the checkout process  without your selection of the "Agree To Terms" chackbox.

You agree to reimburse Boaters Marine Supply and or RJM Enterprises LLC, for any and all legal fees, costs and disbursements if Boaters Marine Supply, RJM Enterprises LLC, is successful in enforcing any of its rights under this Agreement including, without limitation, in connection with any action to collect payment.

 

Miscellaneous Provisions


These Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Boaters Marine Supply owners or authorized officers.

  • Cancel an order

    At Boaters Marine Supply we’re committed to shipping in stock complete orders as quickly as possible (normally within 2 hours, sometimes w/in minutes, the same day, or as quickly as possible).  In the event that you wish to cancel an order contact us immediately at the Contact Us link.  Your cancellation must be received prior to your order being sent to our fulfillment processing center (normally within 1 to 2 hours).

     

    Please note:  Special ordered items are none refundable and can not be returned. Special manufacturer, special order, or dropshipped items from the manufacturer are normally none refundable/returnable (their are exceptions so contact us to discuss).

     

    Note:  If you cancel or change your order after it has been completed on Paypal checkout, requiring a refund or credit.  Applicable, Paypal, charged refund or cancel fee's will be ductucted from refund issued.  

     

    Important Note:  Packages returned because they were refused when delivered, by sender, undelivered because of an incorrect address or that are returned to the incorrect address not listed on the return authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and deduction of the original and returned shipping costs. Shippers do charge us for returning packages.  Carrier returned shipping costs are often higher priced then our original shipping promo costs.

  • No Tax

    You never pay sales tax!   We are not required to collect sales and use tax on deliveries throughout the US, except where we have business locations in the state of Kentucky where we will be required to charge the applicable 6% sales tax.

    Orders will be charged a flat $11.95 "UPS Ground" flat PROMO rate (no matter how many items on your order). Or as you may select at checkout "UPS Overnight" (Next Business Day Air) $34.95 flat PROMO rate (no matter how many items on your order). This excludes: Special ordered items, None stock items, items shipped from the Manufacturer (drop shipped), much Heavier / Oversized Items, international credit cards (processed by our 3rd party processor) and shipped to a U.S. address, international shipping, and areas outside of the Continental U.S. (lower 48 States).

     
    All orders ship complete (with all items ordered) unless a partial shipment is requested (additional shipping charges may apply to cover multiple shipments).  We do not hold inventory while waiting for out of stock items to fulfill your order.

    * Important Shipping & Handling Information:

    • Orders will ship UPS ground or USPS Mail, unless 2-Day, Next Day option is selected where other rates will apply.
    • Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, military APO/FPO and PO Box orders are shipped via USPS only.
    • We do our best to ship all orders the same day or w/in 24 hours after receipt of order and approval of payment method.
    • Next day delivery orders must be received by 3:00 p.m. EST Monday through Friday.  Orders received on Friday after 3:00 p.m. EST may not ship until Monday (we always try to ship the same day if possible).
    • The warehouse does not ship on Christmas Day, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving (Thurs. & Fri.).
    • No express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, military APO/FPO addresses, international orders, or P.O. Boxes.
    • Only USPS will ship to a P.O. Box address.
    • Not all items can be shipped Express Delivery (Next day, two day or Saturday delivery).

  • Out of Stock / Back Ordered Items and Back Ordered Items Shipping & Handling

    If you order Out of Stock or Back Ordered items your order will be shipped as soon as products are received (usualy w/in 1 to 2 weeks).  Manufacturer Back Orders usualy ship w/in 2 to 10 days, but can take longer depending on the manufacturer.  If you wish to cancel an Out of Stock Order or Back Order after it has been processed through our merchant and fulfillment center please contact us or phone (502) 499-1477.

     

    If you order items with different shipping availability dates - for example, an "In-Stock" item along with a "Back Ordered" item - your order will be fulfilled as soon as the order can be shipped complete.  If you wish to receive an incomplete order contact us to make arrangements.  An additional cost may be required to cover the additional (multiple) shipping costs.

     Please Contact Us at Boaters Marine Supply for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions prior to returning your product.  Do not return any products without the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and return instructions with the correct return to address, to assure your refund is processed correctly.  We can not be responsible for items returned incorrectly.

The financial institution places a hold (authorization) on funds equal to your order total until the order is fulfilled and billed by us. This hold will also apply to any items backordered until items come into stock and are shipped.

    If your order is canceled, the financial institution that issued your card determines the time required to remove the authorization.     If your order is backordered or the item does not ship by the time the authorization automatically expires, another authorization will be created. If a re-authorization is declined for any reason we will be forced to cancel your order. If you require more information, please contact your bank or credit card company

     

    Personal Checks and Money Orders:


    We also accept personal checks and money orders. Please note that payment via check or money order can delay your order up to 15 days.  You must Contact Us to arrange for check or money order processing. 

    Please note: Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $35 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with Services Charges, may be debited electronically from your account.

    If a refund is due, you will be refunded in the same method in which you paid for the merchandise originally. If a check refund is due, please be advised that it may take up to 30 days to receive your refund.

    We can not be responsible for returns shipped incorrectly or to the wrong address. Returns will not be accepted with out RMA number or sent to wrong address.

    Our unconditional quality guarantee:
    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return it within 20 days.  Please contact us  to get a return authorization number (RMA) and return instructions We can not be responsible for returns shipped incorrectly.

     
    RETURN REQUIREMENTS:

    ·       Returned products must be in brand new, perfect condition and resalable.

    ·       Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.

    ·       Software, Electronic Charts, Maps, SD Cards, are non refundable if opened and seal is broken. If defective we will replace /exchange it only.  Batteries that are sealed and unopened may be returned w/in 20 days.  All others are non refundable. 

    ·       Any Blister packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition.

    ·       All Digital Equipment, DVD's, Video Equipment and Wireless Telephone products must be unopened and returned within 10-days of receipt of purchase.

    ·       Please note that the warranty card must not be filled out.

    ·       SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES, IF APPLICABLE, ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

    * Please Note: All products, Electronics, Boats, kayaks, dinghies, canoes, and all engines cannot be returned to BoatersMarineSupply.com. if these products are defective, you will need to contact the manufacturer.

     

    Returns must be received within 10 days after notifying BoatersMarineSupply.com, advising your intent to return product, and receiving a return authorization number and return address. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item minus the original shipping cost and A 15% restocking fee which is required for all non defective products to cover our original and return processing fees and will be deducted from total refunded once product is received and determined to be in good order for resale.  Units requiring service either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.  Products received without an RMA number will be returned to sender.  Products received with the hermetically sealed packaging cut open prevents us from re-selling as new and will be assessed an additional 10% to cover return shipping costs to manufacturer for inspection and re-packaging. If a check refund is due, please be advised that it may take up to 30 days to receive your refund. After the return period has expired, please contact the manufacturer to resolve any problems with your equipment.

     

    *Please Note: Special Order items, manufacturer drop shipped, refurbished or remanufacatured, opened DVD's, Charts and Maps, products are not refundable or returnable.

     

    Undeliverable or Intercepted / Returned Order/s:

     

    Orders that are undeliverable and returned due to a customer order entry error, not at home, moved, or refused delivery (of products ordered) will be assessed the actual shipper return charge as well as our normal return restocking fee (if required) on subsequent order refund.  

     

    Unjustified Credit Card Chargebacks:

     
    If the card holder did not authorize the purchase, we will work with you and your credit card issuer to ensure the situation is resolved properly. However, in accordance with your full agreement to our site policies at the time of your purchase, we will charge a $35 penalty fee for every unjustified credit card chargeback against our company - as well as all attempted chargebacks that we are able to reverse by defending our case. We will also report all unjustified chargebacks to ChargeBackProtection.org, thereby banning you from placing orders with any business that uses ChargeBackProtection.org.

     

    Examples of unjustified chargebacks are: When any customer issues an unjustified or proved misleading complaint, a customer starts an unwarranted dispute with his credit card company, a customer refuses to pay, a customer ships the product without going through the RMA process and starts a dispute, a customer disregards any of our site policies after agreeing to them, a customer initiates a chargeback when they have already been refunded, and etc. In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in a chargeback abuser database. The information reported will include full name, email, order date, order amount, IP address, full address and phone number.

    We sell and ship to hundreds of international customers worldwide. Our international customers save up to 45% off typical shipping rates.

     

    All international orders require an easy to complete bank wire transfer of payment.
